Aberfeldie is an established residential area only 9km northwest from the CBD. This small suburb has a population of less than 4,000 people and is a pretty, quiet suburb containing many parks and gardens.

Major features of the area include Aberfeldie Park, Clifton Park, Riverside Park and a number of schools within walking distance. Many dwellings in Aberfeldie have gorgeous views of the Maribyrnong River and its associated reserves.

Community groups have been active within this suburb since the early 20^th century, and there are various sporting associations in Aberfeldie that continue the tradition of community involvement. Four bus routes service the area and several main roads conveniently frame the suburb so that travelling by car is simple.
