Oak Park

This small suburb is situated between Pascoe Vale and Glenroy and is served by a railway station on the Craigieburn railway line.  Located only 11 km north of Melbourne, Oak Park has a population of 5,000 that is expected to rise in the next few years as people discover its excellent location and country appeal.   Most dwellings in this area were built between the 1950s and 1970s, which adds to its suburban charm and neighbourly atmosphere.

Oak Park is a fantastic location to raise a family, as there are numerous bike trails leading to Moonee Ponds Creek, park lands for summertime picnics and many schools within walking distance.  There are various community clubs and sporting associations to join and the public transport is excellent, as Oak Park is bordered by Strathmore, Glenroy and Pascoe Vale.
