Taylors Lakes

Taylors Lakes - Calder Park is a relatively recent residential, industrial and commercial area that established many new housing developments in the 1990s. There are many available facilities in Taylors Lakes, such as Watergardens Shopping Centre, cinemas, bowling alley, schools, parks and gardens and sporting grounds. Located 23 km northwest of Melbourne, its population is just under 17,000 although it is expected to grow quite quickly.

Several bus lines service the area and the State government has plans to upgrade and add extra railway tracks on the Sydenham line. Bordered by Sydenham and Keilor Downs, this suburb is perfectly positioned for residents to live a relaxed and peaceful lifestyle.

Taylors Creek Trail is popular for locals to take in the magnificent views of Taylors Creek and the successful revegetation of native grasses, and other major features of the area include Calder Park Motorsport Complex, Watergardens Shopping Centre, Taylors Lake, Sydenham Reserve and a number of schools.
